Sobha Crest Grande, three residential towers at Sobha Hartland, received its Building Completion Certificate on 25 March 2026. Sobha said customer handovers were “scheduled to commence shortly” within the timeline it committed to under RERA, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency. No specific handover date for individual units was given in the announcement.

Three projects are listed for 2026. Sobha Hartland 2 and Verde by Sobha are both listed for Q4 2026, and Sobha Reserve for around Q2 2026 on Propsearch, a quarter that has already passed without a confirmed handover. All three were named, alongside Sobha One, in Sobha’s July 2026 statement that it planned a record 6,819 handovers across five Dubai projects in 2026.
Construction progress varies within Sobha Hartland 2 itself. Its Series 1 buildings were 89.59% complete in Q1 2026, described as closest to handover, while Series 3 was only 21.06% complete at the same date.
Due from 2027
Sobha Solis, Orbis and Elwood are listed between 2027 and 2028, and were all under 10% built in Q1 2026. Sobha Central and Sobha Sanctuary are the newest launches, from May 2025 and January 2026, with first deliveries not due until 2029 at the earliest.
