Sobha Verde handover date: the latest position
The Dubai Land Department holds 30 June 2027 as the registered completion date for Sobha Verde, and Property Finder lists the same date. Sobha itself named Verde by Sobha in July 2026 as one of five projects in its plan for 6,819 handovers during 2026, without a date for the tower. The tower gained about 9 percentage points between the DLD inspections of 22 May and 24 August 2026 (Continental Club, DLD data). With 15% left at the last inspection, published dates range from late 2026 (Sobha’s plan, Propsearch) to 30 June 2027 (DLD register, Property Finder), and Sobha has not said which applies.
Sobha Verde handover date by building
Verde is a single tower in Jumeirah Lake Towers, opposite Cluster H. The DLD register lists 610 homes, filed as a basement, ground floor, 66 floors and a roof. Sobha’s launch release described a 58 storey tower.

The progress figures come from different sources and are not measured the same way, which is why Property Finder’s 45% in November 2025 sits well below Sobha’s 65% four months later.
What the Sobha Verde handover date means for payments
Property Finder and Continental Club list a plan of 10% at launch, 70% during construction and 20% on handover. On a 1 bedroom listed from AED 1.8 million (Property Finder, September 2026), the handover payment would be AED 360,000. Bayut lists a 60/40 plan for the same tower, so the handover share depends on the plan in each SPA.
