dxbrealtor.ai ("DXB Realtor AI") is operated by Amotion AI LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Amotion AI LLC decides how the details you send through this site are used. Contact for privacy requests: contact@dxbrealtor.ai.

What DXB Realtor AI collects

When you ask for a Unit Review

Your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email (if you give it), the project or unit, budget, timeline, purpose, your question, the page you sent it from, and your consent choice with the exact consent wording and the time you gave it.

When a broker applies to become a partner

Full name, brokerage name, RERA office registration number (ORN), broker card number (BRN), mobile or WhatsApp number, email, areas or projects covered, languages, monthly capacity, message and consent choice.

Technical details

A one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to stop repeated automated submissions; your browser type; and campaign details from the link you followed (for example utm_source), or the website that referred you.

Why it is used

• To pass your enquiry, with your consent, to one RERA-licensed partner brokerage so they can contact you about it.
• To review broker applications and contact applicants about the partner programme.
• To check that enquiries are complete and genuine, and to prevent spam.
• To understand which pages lead to enquiries, so the site can answer more useful questions.

Who receives your details

• One partner brokerage. If you tick the consent box, your enquiry goes to one RERA-licensed partner brokerage in Dubai. They will contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about that enquiry. No other broker receives it.
• Service providers that store or deliver the data for DXB Realtor AI: website and database hosting (Railway, United States), email delivery (Resend), a spreadsheet used to manage enquiries (Google Sheets), and visit analytics that record how pages are used, including session recordings (PostHog and Microsoft Clarity).

DXB Realtor AI does not sell your details.

How long details are kept

[Retention period to be confirmed.] Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to keep a record of your consent.

Your choices

• Withdraw consent at any time. Tell DXB Realtor AI or the partner brokerage that contacted you, and your details will not be shared or used for further contact.
• Ask for a copy of your details, or ask for them to be corrected or deleted, by writing to contact@dxbrealtor.ai.

Cookies and storage

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It keeps campaign details from the link you followed in your browser's session storage for the current visit, so the source of an enquiry can be recorded.

Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, the date at the top will change too.
