Information, not advice

The pages on this site explain published figures about Dubai property. They are general information. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and they do not take your circumstances into account. Figures describe the past

Figures describe past transactions and published prices on the dates shown. They are not a forecast or a promise of future prices, rents, returns or handover dates. Prices from property portals are asking or reported prices, not DLD-registered values, unless a page says otherwise. DXB Realtor AI takes care to report sources accurately but cannot guarantee that third-party sources are complete or correct.

DXB Realtor AI is not a broker

DXB Realtor AI is not a real estate broker. It does not sell, list or advertise any property, and no page is an offer of a unit for sale.

Enquiries and partner brokerages

If you send an enquiry and give consent, it goes to one RERA-licensed partner brokerage, who will contact you about it. Any advice, service or transaction after that is between you and the brokerage. DXB Realtor AI is not a party to it and is not responsible for it. Partner brokerages pay DXB Realtor AI for marketing services only; those fees are never linked to a sale.
