Sobha Realty launched Sobha One at Cityscape Dubai in November 2022, describing five interconnected towers next to Sobha Hartland in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Since then Sobha has not published a completion date for the project on its own site.
The closest Sobha has come to a date is in July 2026, when it said it planned a record 6,819 handovers across five Dubai projects in 2026, worth about AED 21.6 billion. - The completion date and grace period in your SPA for your exact tower. Sobha One has five towers of different heights, so they are unlikely to complete on the same day.
- Whether a Building Completion Certificate has been issued for your tower. Sobha’s Crest Grande at Sobha Hartland received its certificate in March 2026, with handovers commencing shortly after, so a certificate is the clearest sign a tower is actually ready.
- The DLD project status for your building through Dubai Land Department’s project status enquiry service.
- How many units in your tower hand over at the same time. A large batch of similar units reaching completion together can affect how quickly you can rent or resell.
