Binghatti Vintage is due for completion on 31 March 2027. That is the registered completion date the Dubai Land Department holds for the tower, and Binghatti gives the same Q1 2027, with Property Finder and Propsearch listing March 2027. The register still showed that date on 4 October 2026 and no delay had been announced. One broker listing, Takween Aldar’s, updated on 1 September 2026, gives 31 May 2027 instead, two months later. What is missing is a progress figure. The DLD register shows a single inspection, on 23 September 2025, which recorded 0% eight days before construction started on 1 October 2025. No later DLD percentage had been published by the register update of 4 October 2026, and Binghatti’s site videos for May and June 2026 give no figure. With under six months left to the registered date, there is no public measure of how far the building has come.

How other Binghatti handover dates have held up

With no progress figure for Vintage, the clearest guide to its date is how Binghatti’s recent towers have done against theirs. Of the four Binghatti towers with a DLD figure that were due in the first half of 2026, none was finished by its date.

Vintage’s registered schedule is 18 months from construction start, for a 44 level tower with 1,572 homes. At their last inspections before or around their dates, Elite, Starlight and Haven were still 24 to 47 points short of completion. What the Binghatti Vintage handover date means for payments

Both published plans leave 40% of the price to handover. Property Finder and Propsearch give 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 40% on handover. Bayut’s building guide of 16 January 2026 gives 14% on booking, 46% during construction and 40% on handover. On the AED 674,999 launch price for a studio, the handover payment is about AED 270,000. The 40% is tied to handover, so it moves with the completion date rather than falling on a fixed calendar date.

2. Which of the two payment plans your SPA follows, since they differ on the booking and construction shares.
3. The completion date and grace period in your SPA, which is the date that applies if 31 March 2027 moves.
4. How many similar units complete on the same date, since the tower holds 1,291 studios under one registered completion date, which can affect rents in the first months after handover.
