Binghatti Starlight handover date: the latest position
Binghatti Starlight was due to be completed in Q1 2026. Binghatti’s own project page still shows that quarter, and the Dubai Land Department (DLD) register holds a registered completion date of 31 March 2026. The last DLD site inspection, on 14 May 2026, recorded the tower at 63.11% complete. The register still showed 63.11% and the 31 March 2026 date on 29 September 2026 (Continental Club), and Mitchell’s listed the project as under construction on 23 September 2026. Binghatti has not published a revised date.
Binghatti Starlight handover date by building
Binghatti Starlight is a single 25 storey tower in Al Jaddaf, registered in the DLD’s Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2 area as project 3195. It has 511 units: 294 studios, 155 one bedroom and 61 two bedroom apartments, plus retail (Mitchell’s).

Portals disagree. Binayah repeats the Q1 2026 date, while Projects Scout lists 30 June 2026 as the expected completion. Both dates have passed.

Neither Binghatti nor the register has moved the date, so both now show a date in the past. Between November 2025 and May 2026 the tower gained about 5.5 points a month. Binghatti delivered about 1,700 units in H1 2026, naming Binghatti Apex, Ghost and Ivory (Binghatti, 27 July 2026), and Starlight was not among them.
What the Binghatti Starlight handover date means for payments
Binghatti’s plan is 20% at booking, 50% during construction and 30% at completion. The 30% falls due when the tower is handed over, so it follows the real completion date, not the 31 March 2026 date on the register.

- The grace period in your SPA. Q1 2026 has passed, so the grace period in the agreement decides when the delay becomes contractual.
- Whether the DLD has filed an inspection after 14 May 2026. At 63.11%, a newer reading on the DLD project status service would show whether the tower is nearing completion.
- A revised date in writing from Binghatti, since its page still shows Q1 2026.
- For resale buyers, the balance still owed to Binghatti, including the 30% due at completion.
