Binghatti Elite handover date: the latest position
Binghatti Elite was due to be completed in Q2 2026. That is still the date on Binghatti’s own project page, and the Dubai Land Department (DLD) register holds a matching registered completion date of 30 June 2026. The last DLD site inspection, on 20 April 2026, recorded the tower at 53.25% complete. Trackers that recheck the register daily or twice weekly showed no newer inspection through late September 2026, and Continental Club’s list of 29 September 2026 still showed 53.25%. Binghatti has not published a revised handover date.

The date itself has not been moved. Binghatti still shows Q2 2026 and the register still shows 30 June 2026. What has changed is that the date has passed with close to half the building left to complete at the last inspection. Binghatti delivered about 1,700 units in H1 2026, including Binghatti Apex, Ghost and Ivory (Binghatti, 27 July 2026), and Elite was not among them.
What the Binghatti Elite handover date means for payments
Binghatti’s plan is 20% at booking, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. The 30% completion payment falls due at handover, so it moves with the actual handover date rather than the 30 June 2026 date on the register.

Prices are Binghatti’s, September 2026. Many units now change hands before completion. DLD recorded 630 sales in the building between April 2025 and 18 September 2026, most of them studios (Mitchell’s).
What to check before relying on the Binghatti Elite date
- The grace period in your SPA. With 30 June 2026 passed, the grace period, not the Q2 2026 date, sets when the developer is contractually late.
- Whether a new DLD inspection has been filed. The 53.25% figure dates from 20 April 2026, so a newer reading on the DLD project status service would show how far the tower has moved since.
- Written confirmation of a revised date from Binghatti, since its project page still shows Q2 2026.
- For resale buyers, how much of the 50% construction share is already paid and what remains for the 30% due on completion.
