Binghatti Haven handover date: the latest position

Binghatti Haven was due for completion on 31 March 2026. That is the registered completion date on the Dubai Land Department register, Property Finder lists the same date, and Binghatti’s own page still gives Q1 2026. The date has passed. The last published DLD site inspection, on 7 May 2026, recorded the tower 76.13% complete, and Binghatti has not published a revised date. By 1 October 2026 the registered date was six months behind. The register had not recorded a newer inspection by 23 September 2026, so there is no public figure for progress since May. Among Binghatti projects still under construction, Haven had the highest DLD figure on the register viewed on 24 September 2026 (Real Estate Club Dubai).

Binghatti Haven handover date by building

Binghatti Haven is a single tower, filed with the DLD as a basement, ground floor, two podium levels and 26 residential floors. The register lists 501 homes: 117 studios, 154 one bedroom, 217 two bedroom and 13 three bedroom units.

Propsearch’s page for the building shows an estimated handover of July 2018, which does not match any other source. Propsearch also notes that the plot was first meant for Sports One Commercial Tower, a cancelled project.

What the Binghatti Haven handover date means for payments

Binghatti publishes a plan of 20% at booking, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. Under this plan the final 30% is linked to completion, not to the March 2026 date that has passed. On a studio at Binghatti’s AED 715,000 starting price, that final payment is AED 214,500. Portals quote different starting prices for the building, so the SPA figure is the one that sets the amount.

What to check before relying on the Binghatti Haven date

1. What your SPA says about delay past 31 March 2026, including any grace period and whether it has already run out.
2. A revised completion date in writing from Binghatti, since none has been published to replace Q1 2026.
3. Whether a newer DLD inspection has been recorded for project number 3442, through DLD’s project status enquiry service, since the May 2026 figure is the latest public one.
4. When the 30% completion payment will be called, and what notice your SPA gives before it is due.
