When will Binghatti Haven be handed over?
Binghatti’s own project page still lists Q1 2026 as the expected completion date. That quarter has passed. The Dubai Land Department’s project register, checked on 24 September 2026, showed the 26 storey tower 76% complete, which does not fit a Q1 2026 handover. Binghatti has not published a revised date.
What is the payment plan?
Binghatti publishes a plan of 20% at booking, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. The 4% DLD registration fee is added at booking, so the cash needed on day one is 24% of the price.
As a worked example only, for a studio at the AED 715,000 starting price: 20% booking is AED 143,000, plus the 4% DLD fee of AED 28,600, for AED 171,600 due at booking. The 50% construction instalments total AED 357,500, and the final 30% on completion is AED 214,500.
