When will Azizi Rose be handed over?
The DLD project register gives Azizi Rose a registered completion date of 4 July 2028, exactly two years after its registered construction start of 4 July 2026 (Mitchell’s, register as at 4 October 2026). Portals show a later Q4 2028: Data Habibi records the developer’s date moving from Q3 2028 to Q4 2028, and DirectDXB listed Q4 2028 on 23 September 2026. Propsearch still shows Q1 2028, so the published dates do not agree.
The last DLD inspection on the public register, dated 16 February 2026, recorded 0% complete. That inspection came before the registered start date, and no later inspection had been published by 11 October 2026.
