The register gives a construction start of 4 July 2026, but the only published DLD inspection, on 16 February 2026, recorded 0% complete. No newer inspection had appeared by 11 October 2026, so there is no public figure yet showing how far work has moved since the registered start.

A buyer who booked at launch in January 2026 would have paid 50% by about September 2027, with the final 50% due at completion in 2028.
