The latest DLD inspection, on 18 March 2026, recorded 2% complete. Dubai Handover’s daily copy of the register shows no newer inspection through 10 October 2026. Construction was registered as starting on 4 March 2026, two years before the registered completion date.

- The completion date in the SPA. Sources give Q4 2027, Q1 2028, 4 March 2028 and 31 July 2028.
- A newer DLD inspection. The 2% figure dates from March 2026.
- Funding for the 50% handover payment. Half the price falls due at completion, so mortgage approval or cash needs to be in place by early 2028.
- The unit type. Most registered sales are studios, so a resale studio may compete with many similar units.
