When was Skyz by Danube handed over?
Danube’s own construction tracker lists Skyz as 100% complete. Its dated inspection, from 31 October 2025, records the Building Completion Certificate obtained, testing and commissioning completed, and DEWA water and power connected. Danube’s portfolio page now lists Skyz under its completed projects, alongside a note that customer viewings were underway. Property Finder had earlier estimated a Q4 2024 handover at launch, so the project handed over later than that original target.
