Propsearch records an earlier estimate of Q4 2027, close to the registered date, later revised to Q1 2028. The payment schedule published at launch already pointed the final payment to Q1 2028, so the gap between the registered date and Beyond’s date has existed since sales began.
Between 7 May and 1 October 2026 the tower gained about 2.9 points a month. At that pace the remaining 69% would take about two years, to around late 2028. Continental Club’s longer-run average of 2.12 points a month points to mid 2029. Reaching completion by 31 March 2028 would need about 3.8 points a month for the next 18 months.
What the Saria by Beyond handover date means for payments
Half the price is due on completion. The other 50% is paid on fixed dates: 10% on booking, 10% a month later and six 5% instalments every April and October from 2025 to 1 October 2027 (Saria sales microsite). Those dates do not move with construction, so buyers will have paid 50% by October 2027 whatever the progress. A later completion only delays the final 50%, giving more time to arrange a mortgage or sell before it falls due.
