Tresora by Wadan payment plan
Wadan offers two plans. The 50/50 plan is 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover (Continental Club; Projectory). The second, a 70/30 plan, moves 30% of the price to after handover (Alnair, 16 February 2026). Under the 50/50 plan, half the price falls due at completion, so the timing of that payment depends on the 30 March 2028 date holding.
Tresora by Wadan developer and delivery record
Khaleej Times described Tresora as Wadan Developments’ fourth project, launched at the Wadan Sales Gallery in February 2026. The earlier three are Nuvana by Wadan on Dubai Islands, and Seraph by Wadan and Cybele by Wadan in Dubailand Residence Complex, all registered for completion between September and December 2027. Wadan has therefore not yet handed over a project in Dubai.
What to check before buying at Tresora by Wadan
- The next DLD inspection. The register still shows 0% from March 2026, and the next reading will show how far piling and excavation have moved.
- Which plan applies to the unit, since the 70/30 plan leaves 30% to pay after handover.
- Whether the unit is a studio or a smart studio, and furnished as listed, because Wadan prices the two studio types differently.
- The price against DLD sales. Studios have registered between about AED 584,000 and AED 893,000 since July 2026 (Continental Club).
