When will The Orchard Place be handed over?
The Orchard Place is registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) as two projects. Towers A and B, listed as “The Orchard Place”, had a registered completion date of 31 July 2026. That date passed with the towers 42.68% complete at the last DLD inspection, on 11 March 2026, and the register had not been updated by 11 October 2026. Property Finder still shows July 2026 and a Q3 2026 delivery.
Tower C, listed as “The Orchard Place - Tower C” in the register, has a registered completion date of 31 March 2027. It was 13% complete on 7 May 2026. Broker listings now give Q4 2027 for Tower C, later than the register.

The Orchard Place construction update
Towers A and B started on 31 July 2023, according to the register. Peak Summit’s own update for September 2025, published on 12 November 2025, reported the structure 96% complete in both towers, up to the 23rd floor in Tower A and the 25th floor in Tower B, with MEP works 90% done to the 25th floor in Tower B. The DLD figure of 42.68% in March 2026 is the weighted progress for the whole project, so finishing and services work make up most of what remains.
Propsearch names Carbon General Contracting as main contractor and Federal Engineering Consultants as architect. Data Habibi records Tower C’s construction start as June 2024.
The Orchard Place homes and sizes
Towers A and B rise 23 and 30 floors above a ground floor and four podium levels, with 543 parking spaces (Propsearch). Tower C has a ground floor, four podium levels and 20 residential floors.

Sizes are from Property Junction’s listing of the developer brochure. Tower C 1 bedrooms are about 861 to 902 sq ft and 2 bedrooms 1,314 to 1,455 sq ft (Dubainary; Lucretia). The DLD register lists 418 units in Towers A and B and 196 in Tower C.
The Orchard Place prices and resale
Sales of Towers A and B opened on 31 July 2023, with prices from AED 794,697 (Property Finder). Tower C launched in June 2024 from AED 687,000 (Khaleej Times, 9 June 2024).
Property Finder’s sold history for Towers A and B includes a 527 sq ft studio at AED 800,000 on 25 June 2026, an 800 sq ft 1 bedroom at AED 1,247,634 on 1 May 2026, a 1,298 sq ft 2 bedroom at AED 1,688,564 on 16 February 2026 and a 3,126 sq ft 3 bedroom at AED 4,687,500 on 18 June 2026.
Current Tower C prices run from AED 1,344,423 for an 861 sq ft 1 bedroom to AED 2,516,167 for a 1,455 sq ft 2 bedroom (Dubainary, accessed 11 October 2026), with a 3,400 sq ft penthouse listed at AED 4,760,141 (Lucretia).
The Orchard Place payment plan
Towers A and B were sold on a 60/40 plan:
- 10% on booking
- 50% during construction, in nine instalments
- 40% on handover
Tower C’s main plan, per Data Habibi, is 10% deposit, 50% during construction, 10% on handover and 30% over 30 months after handover. Brokers also list a Tower C plan of 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover with an 8% discount (Dubainary), and OffPlanIndex shows a 20/30/50 plan for the project.
The Orchard Place developer and delivery record
Peak Summit Real Estate Development is registered with RERA under number 1476 (Continental Club). Lucretia describes it as founded in Dubai in 2023 and focused on this one community. Its third phase, Solena at The Orchard Place, launched later. No completed Peak Summit building is named in the sources reviewed, so The Orchard Place is its first delivery test. The register records Towers A and B as past their date with less than half the work done.
What to check before buying at The Orchard Place
- Which DLD registration the unit belongs to. Towers A and B and Tower C have different dates and plans.
- The revised date for Towers A and B. The registered 31 July 2026 date has passed, so the SPA’s grace period and any written new date from Peak Summit matter.
- Tower C’s date in the SPA, since the register says March 2027 and brokers say late 2027.
- The next DLD inspection, the first update on Towers A and B since March 2026.
