The Orchard Place handover date: the latest position
The Orchard Place has two registered completion dates. Towers A and B were registered for 31 July 2026, and that date has passed with the towers unfinished. Tower C is registered for 31 March 2027. Prices, sizes and payment plans are on The Orchard Place page.
The last DLD inspection of Towers A and B, on 11 March 2026, recorded 42.68% complete. Dubai Handover’s daily copy of the register still showed 31 July 2026 on 9 October 2026, so no new date has been filed. A passed registered date does not mean the towers were handed over. It means the record has not yet been changed.

Towers A and B share one registration, so their DLD progress figure covers both. Peak Summit’s own update reported the structure 96% complete in each tower by September 2025, with MEP works 90% done to the 25th floor in Tower B. Tower C is a separate registration with its own escrow and date. Data Habibi gives Tower C 191 units and Khaleej Times 193; the register lists 196.

Tower C’s date has moved from Q4 2026 at launch to 31 March 2027 in the register and Q4 2027 in current listings, a slip of about a year. Towers A and B have not yet been given a public replacement for July 2026.
What The Orchard Place handover date means for payments
On Towers A and B, 40% of the price is due on handover under the 60/40 plan, so that payment has not yet fallen due. On a 1 bedroom sold at AED 1,247,634 in May 2026, 40% is about AED 499,000. Tower C’s main plan puts 10% on handover and 30% over 30 months after it (Data Habibi), so a later handover also delays the end of the post-handover instalments.
