The Autograph I Series payment plan

The main plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover. Grand Reve Realty and GCC Off Plan break the 40% down as 10% after 60 days, 10% after 120 days, 5% after 180 days, 5% at 35% construction and 10% at 45% construction. Buyers paid the 4% DLD fee and an AED 5,000 admin charge with the deposit.

Green Group also offered a 60/40 plan with 35% down and a 4% discount, a 60/40 plan with 60% down and a 5% discount, and a 10% discount for full payment (in.ae). None of the plans has post-handover instalments.

The Autograph I Series developer and delivery record

Green Group is a Dubai developer; Prelaunch.ae gives 2013 as its founding year and says it has delivered more than 500 homes. The Autograph I Series follows its earlier S Series in JVC, which brokers describe as sold out before this launch. Green Group has not published construction updates for the I Series, so the DLD register is the main progress record.

What to check before buying at The Autograph I Series

  1. The completion date in the SPA. Contracts signed in early 2025 may quote Q4 2027 or Q2 2028 rather than August 2028.
  2. The construction-linked instalments. Two payments fall due at 35% and 45% completion, so their timing depends on the pace of building.
  3. The next DLD inspection. The last published figure, 3.97%, dates from April 2026.
  4. Resale price evidence. Only two of the 271 registered sales were resales, so there is little resale data to compare an asking price against.
