When will Soul by Vision be handed over?

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register, where the project appears as Soul By Vision, gives a completion date of 31 December 2026. That matches what Vision Developments said when it launched Soul on 13 May 2025: handover by Q4 2026. Property Finder also lists expected completion on 31 December 2026.

The building was 62.05% complete at the DLD inspection on 17 July 2026. To finish by the registered date, it needs to cover the remaining 38% in about five and a half months. That is close to the pace recorded between April and July 2026, when progress rose by about 21 percentage points in three months.

Soul by Vision construction update

The register records the project as registered on 6 May 2025, with construction starting on 31 May 2025. DLD inspections recorded 0% on 16 April 2025, 30.2% on 13 January 2026, 41.2% on 17 April 2026 and 62.05% on 17 July 2026 (Dubai Data; Continental Club). No later inspection had been published when the register was updated on 4 October 2026.

Propsearch describes Soul as an 11 storey building. It sits in the Me’aisem First district in the DLD register, its DLD project number is 3680, and buyer payments go to an escrow account at the National Bank of Fujairah.

Soul by Vision homes and sizes

Soul has 176 apartments, from studios to 3 bedrooms. Some units are lofts with ceiling heights of 4.7 to 6 metres, according to a launch listing on Building Arabia (6 October 2025).

Soul by Vision prices and resale

Vision Developments lists a starting price of AED 565,000, the studio price at launch. Property Finder now shows a higher starting figure of AED 665,000 (accessed 11 October 2026).

The DLD recorded 152 sales in the 12 months to August 2026 at a median of AED 945,000, or AED 1,172 per sq ft (Dubai Data, data through 29 September 2026). By type, the medians were AED 615,000 for studios of about 474 sq ft, AED 942,000 for 1 bedrooms of about 811 sq ft, AED 1.50 million for 2 bedrooms and AED 1.88 million for 3 bedrooms of about 1,738 sq ft. All of these sales were off-plan.

Recent registered prices sit close to that range. In August 2026, studios sold for AED 594,100 to AED 632,400 and 3 bedrooms for AED 1.84 million to AED 2.02 million (DLD transactions via Continental Club). Continental Club counts 176 DLD-registered sales since 2025, the same as the number of units.

Soul by Vision payment plan

The plan is 20/80: 20% during construction and 80% on completion, as Vision Developments set out at launch on 13 May 2025. JRE and Building Arabia show the first 20% as 10% on booking and 10% during construction. The 4% DLD fee is extra. With the registered date at the end of 2026, the 80% balance could fall due within months, so buyers relying on a mortgage need approval in place before handover.

Soul by Vision developer and delivery record

Vision Developments builds Soul through its subsidiary Vision Platinum Real Estate Development, the name on the DLD register. It launched Soul alongside Reem by Vision in Liwan, both with a Q4 2026 handover date. In October 2025 the company said it had 14 projects with 2,200 homes, including five projects handed over within two years and 600 homes delivered (Zawya, 28 October 2025). Its later building in the same area is Vista by Vision.

What to check before buying at Soul by Vision

1. The completion date in the SPA and the grace period after it, since the registered date is 31 December 2026 and the building was 62% done in July.
2. Funds or mortgage approval for the 80% balance, which falls due on handover, possibly early in 2027.
3. The next DLD inspection figure, which shows whether the building kept up the pace it set between April and July 2026.
4. Registered prices for the same layout, since the AED 1,172 per sq ft median covers studios to 3 bedrooms.
