What to check before buying at Reportage Village

  1. Which progress figure applies. DLD recorded 25.04% in August 2026 while Reportage shows 35%. Construction-linked instalments follow certified progress.
  2. The handover balance. Depending on the plan, 20% to 44% of the price is due at handover, which the SPA ties to completion.
  3. The SPA date and grace period. The registered date is 31 December 2027, with three quarters of the work left in August 2026 on DLD’s figure.
  4. Built-up area versus plot area. Listings and DLD records give different sizes for the same unit type, so the area stated in the SPA is the one to compare.
