What the Reportage Village handover date means for payments
The launch plans put a large share of the price at handover: 44% on the 10% down plan and 34% on the 20% down plan, after 1% monthly instalments from January 2024 (DirectSB). Those plans scheduled the handover payment for November 2027. The 70/30 plan listed in July 2026 leaves 30% for handover (Sales Office Dubai). If completion moves past 31 December 2027, that payment moves with it.
