When will Reportage Hills be handed over?

Reportage markets a Q4 2028 handover for Reportage Hills, and Property Finder lists an expected completion of 30 December 2028. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register, under the name “Reportage Hills” (project number 3465), holds an earlier registered completion date of 30 June 2028. That is exactly three years after the registered construction start of 30 June 2025.

The register date is six months ahead of the marketed date, but construction had barely begun at the last published inspection. The binding date for each townhouse is the one in its SPA.

Building-by-building dates and how the date has changed: Reportage Hills handover date.

Reportage Hills construction update

A DLD inspection on 4 June 2026 recorded 0.39% construction progress, up 0.2 percentage points from the previous inspection on 3 February 2026 (Continental Club). The register shows the project as under construction, with its escrow account at Commercial Bank of Dubai (Mitchell’s, register as at 4 October 2026). No newer inspection figure had been published by 11 October 2026.

At that pace, the June 2028 registered date would require almost all of the construction work to happen in the two years after June 2026.

Reportage Hills payment plan

Reportage’s sales pages set out a 30/70 plan: 20% on booking, 10% during construction and 70% on handover, with nothing after handover. What to check before buying at Reportage Hills

  1. The completion date in the SPA, given that the register says 30 June 2028 and marketing says Q4 2028.
  2. The handover payment. Up to 70% of the price falls due at handover, which for a 3 bedroom is about AED 1.8 million.
  3. The exact payment schedule, since Property Finder and the developer’s sales pages publish different handover percentages.
  4. Construction progress at the next DLD inspection under project number 3465. Progress was 0.39% in June 2026.
