When will Park Views Residences be handed over?

Park Views Residences has two towers, and each has its own date. Tower A is listed for handover in Q4 2026 by Bayut and JRE, and the Dubai Land Department (DLD) recorded it 95.54% complete on 8 September 2026. Tower B has a registered completion date of 1 March 2027 and was 98.84% complete at its latest DLD inspection on 6 October 2026, up from 90.91% on 13 May 2026.

In the DLD project register the towers appear as “Park Views Residences A” and “Park Views Residences B”, developed by Wasl through its entity Park 1. Neither tower had been handed over by 11 October 2026.

Park Views Residences construction update

Tower B was the first to start, on 1 March 2023. Its progress went from 71.81% on 7 October 2025 to 90.91% on 13 May 2026 and 98.84% on 6 October 2026 (DLD project register via Continental Club, register updated 11 October 2026). Data Habibi names SsangYong as its contractor.

Tower A started on 25 July 2023 and moved faster in 2026. It went from 80.02% on 20 February 2026 to 95.54% on 8 September 2026. At the latest inspections Tower B, at 98.84%, was slightly further ahead.

Park Views Residences homes and sizes

The towers sit in Wasl 1, a 13 tower mixed-use master development beside Zabeel Park in Al Kifaf, close to Sheikh Zayed Road and Max metro station (Wasl, 21 March 2024).

Tower A sizes are from floor plans on Continental Club and Tower B sizes from Data Habibi. Wasl’s March 2023 launch release gave Tower B 465 homes plus retail units; the DLD register lists 476 units.

Park Views Residences prices and resale

Wasl launched Tower B on 16 March 2023 with 1 bedrooms from AED 1.3 million (Property B News). Tower A launched in March 2024 and Wasl said all 600 units sold within 36 hours (Wasl, 21 March 2024). Data Habibi gives a launch price from about AED 1.54 million for Tower A.

Median DLD-registered prices in Tower A were AED 1,691,777 for a 1 bedroom of about 743 sq ft, AED 2,319,777 for a 2 bedroom of about 1,141 sq ft and AED 3,350,016 for a 3 bedroom of about 1,572 sq ft. Its median was about AED 2,060 per sq ft, up 5% on the previous year. Tower B’s median was about AED 1,972 per sq ft, down 1% on the year (Continental Club, registers updated 23 September 2026). Recent Tower A sales include a 2,200 sq ft 4 bedroom at AED 5,231,777 on 18 September 2026 and a 1,271 sq ft 2 bedroom at AED 2,581,777 on 22 September 2026 (Data Habibi).

Park Views Residences payment plan

The towers were sold on different plans:

• Tower B: 5% on booking, 55% during construction, 40% on handover (Bayut; Data Habibi).
• Tower A: 10% on booking, 30% during construction and 60% on handover in the DLD record (via Continental Club). Wasl’s factsheet shows 40% during construction and 60% on handover.

Tower A buyers owe the larger share at handover, and that payment is close, with the tower at 95.54%.

Park Views Residences developer and delivery record

Wasl is part of Wasl Asset Management Group. Its earlier Wasl 1 phases, Park Gate Residences and 1 Residences, were sold out and handed over before Park Views launched (Property B News, 16 March 2023). Data Habibi records 1 Residences as complete in Q2 2022.

What to check before buying at Park Views Residences

1. Which tower the unit is in. Tower A and Tower B have different dates, payment plans and progress.
2. The 60% handover payment in Tower A, which falls due soon if the Q4 2026 date holds.
3. Recent DLD prices in the same tower. Tower A’s median price rose 5% in a year while Tower B’s fell 1%.
