Park Views Residences Tower A is listed for handover in Q4 2026, and Tower B has a registered completion date of 1 March 2027. Prices, sizes and payment plans for both are on the Park Views Residences page.
Both towers are near the end of construction. Tower A was 95.54% complete at its DLD inspection on 8 September 2026. Tower B was 98.84% complete at its DLD inspection on 6 October 2026, up from 90.91% on 13 May 2026. Neither has been handed over yet.

Wasl’s launch releases did not give a handover date for either tower. Data Habibi records an original delivery promise of Q1 2025 for Tower A, against today’s Q4 2026 target. Tower B’s registered date of 1 March 2027 is four years after its construction start. Tower A, which started almost five months later, is close behind, at 95.54% against Tower B’s 98.84%.
What the Park Views Residences handover date means for payments
The two towers carry different handover payments. Tower B was sold on 5% at booking, 55% during construction and 40% on handover (Bayut; Data Habibi). For Tower A, the DLD record shows 10% on booking, 30% during construction and 60% on handover, and Wasl’s factsheet also shows 60% on handover. On a Tower A 2 bedroom at the median DLD price of AED 2,319,777, a 60% handover payment would be about AED 1,391,900, due once the tower is completed.
What to check before relying on the Park Views Residences date
- Which tower the unit is in. Tower A and Tower B are separate DLD projects with different progress and dates.
- Tower A’s handover notice and 60% payment. With the tower at 95.54% in September 2026, the handover payment may be called within months.
- Tower B’s SPA date, which may follow the registered 1 March 2027 date rather than Bayut’s Q4 2026.
