When will Palace Residences Creek Blue be handed over?

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register lists 31 March 2029 as the registered completion date for Palace Residences Creek Blue (DLD register via Continental Club, registry updated 9 September 2026). Emaar Properties and Property Finder give the same quarter, Q1 2029. When Emaar appointed its main contractor in August 2025, MEED reported the construction contract scheduled for completion by 2028, a few months ahead of the registered date.

The last published DLD inspection, on 9 June 2026, recorded the project 20.52% complete.

Palace Residences Creek Blue construction update

The DLD register records construction starting on 1 August 2024. Progress rose by 3.78 points between inspections on 24 February 2026 and 9 June 2026, to 20.52%. Property Finder had recorded 8.48% on 11 November 2025. Emaar awarded the design and build contract to Engineering Contracting Company, with Dutch Foundation on enabling works (MEED, 22 August 2025). Propsearch reported in March 2026 that the interior fit-out contract went to Abanos. The DLD values the project at about AED 530.9 million, according to Propsearch.

Palace Residences Creek Blue homes and sizes

The project sits in the Bridge District of Dubai Creek Harbour, near Creek Beach, and carries the Palace brand of Emaar Hospitality. Sources disagree on the building count: Propsearch and the DLD register describe two buildings, of 54 and 16 storeys, while MEED and Property Finder describe a single tower of 50 to 55 storeys. The DLD register lists 512 units; Propsearch estimates 592.

Palace Residences Creek Blue prices and resale

Units launched from AED 1.87 million in August 2024 (Propsearch). The DLD has registered 532 sales since 2024, nearly all bought from Emaar, at a median of about AED 29,853 per square metre (Continental Club, updated 9 September 2026). Median prices are AED 2.03 million for a 1 bedroom, AED 3.87 million for a 2 bedroom and AED 5.50 million for a 3 bedroom. Recent registered sales include 1 bedrooms at AED 1.96 million to AED 2.45 million in July 2026 and a 2 bedroom at AED 3.96 million on 10 July 2026. Continental Club calculates the median price per square metre at about 4% higher over the past year. Property Finder lists the project as sold out from the developer, with 64 resale listings on the portal (accessed 11 October 2026).

Palace Residences Creek Blue payment plan

At launch, Emaar sold the project on a 10/80/10 plan: 10% on booking, 80% in instalments during construction and 10% on handover (Propsearch; Property Finder). Continental Club shows a different developer supplied split of 5% down, 47% during construction, 10% on handover and 38% after handover. With the project sold out, resale buyers take on the seller’s remaining schedule, so the payment plan attached to each unit’s SPA is the one that applies.

Emaar Properties is the master developer of Dubai Creek Harbour. It counted 10,582 completed homes in the community in September 2025, with 7,217 more due by 2029 (AGBI, 22 January 2026). The DLD register lists the developer of Palace Residences Creek Blue as Dubai Creek Harbour L.L.C, the company behind the community. The DLD register recorded Creek Palace, another Emaar tower in the community, as finished on 31 March 2026 (Real Estate Club Dubai).

What to check before buying at Palace Residences Creek Blue

1. Which building the unit is in, since sources describe either one tower or two buildings of different heights.
2. The seller’s payment history and remaining plan, for any resale of an off-plan unit.
3. The completion date in the SPA, compared with the 31 March 2029 registered date.
4. The latest DLD inspection, since the most recent published reading is from 9 June 2026.
