When will Marea Residences be handed over?
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register holds a completion date of 20 June 2027 for Marea, the register name for Marea Residences. Sharafi Development’s own website gives Q3 2027. Its press release of 2 June 2026, published by Zawya and Gulf Construction Online, gave Q4 2027.
The register date looks hard to meet. At the last DLD inspection, on 10 June 2026, the building was 5.33% complete, with about a year left to the registered date. The developer’s later quarters, or a later date still, are more likely than June 2027.
