What is the Emaar Beachfront payment plan?
Emaar has not published one payment plan for the whole community. Most towers use a 10/80/10 structure: 10% at booking, 80% in instalments during construction, and the final 10% at handover. Beach Isle instead splits payment as 80% before handover and 20% spread over 24 months after handover, so the plan can vary between towers.
As a worked example only, for a 1 bedroom apartment listed from AED 1.9 million on the standard 10/80/10 plan: 10% at booking is AED 190,000, plus the 4% Dubai Land Department registration fee of AED 76,000, for AED 266,000 due at booking. The 80% construction instalments come to AED 1,520,000, and the final 10% at handover is AED 190,000. Check the exact plan for your specific tower before booking.
