Property Finder’s project page lists a completion date of December 2027, or Q4 2027. DAMAC’s own community page for DAMAC Riverside does not state a handover date.
Propsearch, checked on 15 September 2026, describes the project as still at the planning stage with construction yet to start. That does not sit easily with a Q4 2027 handover only around a year away, so buyers should ask DAMAC directly for the construction start date and confirm the completion date in the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) for their specific building.
