The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register holds a completion date of 31 January 2030 for the project, which it lists as “Damac Hills - Lilac”, filed by Damac Crescent Properties (Continental Club). Broker pages give Q1 2030, which matches the register. DAMAC itself had not published a handover date or a launch announcement for Lilac by October 2026.
The register sets a construction start of 31 July 2026, which allows about three and a half years for a 12 storey building. Some listing pages show earlier years, and Data Habibi states that construction began in January 2024, which does not match the registered start date.

Dubai Handover, which takes a daily copy of the register, shows the project as active at 0% from August through to 1 October 2026, with the 31 January 2030 date unchanged. It lists the inspection as 22 April 2026, two days earlier than Continental Club. The project is DLD number 4468 and has a registered escrow account.
