What is the payment plan for DAMAC Bay by Cavalli?

DAMAC’s own project page lists the plan as 60/40. Broker listings for the project describe the same structure as 20% at booking, 40% during construction and 40% at handover, which adds up to the same 60/40 split.

As a worked example only, for a 1 bedroom unit at the broker listed AED 3.9 million starting price, plus the 4% DLD registration fee of AED 156,000: the 20% due at booking is AED 780,000, bringing the amount due at booking to AED 936,000 once the fee is included. The 40% construction share is AED 1,560,000, and a further AED 1,560,000 is due at handover.

When will DAMAC Bay by Cavalli be handed over?

DAMAC’s project page lists Q3 2027. Some broker pages for individual unit types within the project still show a later Q4 2028 date, which has not been reconciled with DAMAC’s own figure. The date in your sale and purchase agreement is the one that applies to your unit.

What do homes at DAMAC Bay by Cavalli cost?

These are current broker listed prices, from Metropolitan Premium Properties, checked in September 2026, not DAMAC’s original launch prices, which are not published in full on the developer’s own page.

Who is the developer?

DAMAC Properties is the developer. The project comprises three towers of 42 storeys each in Dubai Harbour, designed with interiors by Roberto Cavalli, separate from DAMAC’s earlier Cavalli Tower in Dubai Media City.

What to check before booking

1. DAMAC’s current project page for the handover quarter, rather than an older figure shown on an individual unit type listing.
2. How the 4% DLD fee is billed alongside the 60/40 instalments, in writing, before you book.
3. The DLD project status for the building, through Dubai Land Department’s project status enquiry service.
4. Which of the three towers your unit is in, since prices and views vary widely across the development.
