DAMAC gives Q3 2027 as the handover quarter for DAMAC Bay by Cavalli on its project page, and its December 2024 construction update named July 2027. The Dubai Land Department register holds an earlier registered completion date of 15 January 2027. At the DLD site inspection of 18 August 2026, the project was 33.76% complete. The project moved from 7.10% in October 2024 to 33.76% in August 2026, about 27 points in 22 months. Meeting the register date would mean building the remaining 66.24% in the five months to 15 January 2027. DAMAC’s own Q3 2027 leaves about a year from the inspection.

- Which date your SPA uses. The register says 15 January 2027 and DAMAC says Q3 2027, and the grace period runs from the SPA date.
- That your unit is in DAMAC Bay, project 2559, not DAMAC Bay 2. Listings mix the two, and only DAMAC Bay 2 carries Q4 2028.
