The two towers are close in progress but not identical, and Creek Waters 2 is listed about three months later for handover. The date in your sale and purchase agreement is the one that applies to your unit.
What is the payment plan?
Both towers use the same 10/80/10 structure: 10% at booking, 80% in instalments during construction and 10% on handover.
As a worked example only, for a 1 bedroom unit at Creek Waters 2’s AED 1.9 million launch starting price, plus the 4% DLD registration fee of AED 76,000: the 10% due at booking is AED 190,000, bringing the amount due at booking to AED 266,000 once the fee is included. The 80% construction share is AED 1,520,000, and the remaining 10%, AED 190,000, is due at handover.
