Sources disagree. Property Finder’s project page lists completion around 27 March 2027, in the first quarter of 2027. Propsearch, which tracks the Dubai Land Department register, gives an original date of the third quarter of 2027, later revised to the second quarter of 2028. Booking opened in September 2023, and construction began in September 2023 according to Propsearch. Check the completion date stated in your own sale and purchase agreement, since the two public sources are a year apart.
