No post-handover plan has been published. On a AED 679,999 studio, the handover payment is about AED 340,000 under the 50/50 plan and about AED 204,000 under the 70/30 plan. Binghatti Titania construction update
The registered construction start is 1 October 2025. Propsearch names Millionaire Building Contracting as the main contractor and Silver Stone Engineering Consultants as consultant. The developer’s cost estimate filed with the Land Department is AED 400 million. Buyer payments go to an escrow account at Dubai Islamic Bank.
