Short answer
Binghatti Flare is due in mid 2027. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives registered completion dates of 15 June 2027 for Binghatti Flare 02 and 14 July 2027 for Binghatti Flare 01, and Binghatti's own page says Q2 2027. At the DLD inspection of 19 June 2026, Flare 01 was 20% complete and Flare 02 17.83%. The twin towers in JVT launched in July 2025, with studios selling from about AED 800,000 and a 20/50/30 payment plan.

When will Binghatti Flare be handed over?
Binghatti Flare is due for completion in mid 2027. Binghatti’s project page says Q2 2027. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register files the two towers as separate projects, Binghatti Flare 01 and Binghatti Flare 02, with registered completion dates of 14 July 2027 and 15 June 2027 (DLD project register via Continental Club, inspection 19 June 2026). The smaller tower, Flare 02, is registered to finish first.
At the 19 June 2026 inspection, Flare 01 was 20% complete and Flare 02 was 17.83%. Both towers had about a year to go against their registered dates at that point. Propsearch estimates June 2027, while one developer listing for Flare 01 shows Q3 2027 (DirectDXB, October 2026).

Binghatti Flare construction update
Both towers have a registered construction start of 15 July 2025, the same month as the launch. The June 2026 inspection put Flare 01 at 20% and Flare 02 at 17.83%, about 11 months after the start. The register extract published on 4 October 2026 showed no later reading (Mitchells). JRE Dubai published a site video for the project dated 18 June 2026.
The main contractor is Granada Europe Engineering Contracting Company and the architect is Silver Stone Engineering Consultants (Propsearch). Binghatti describes Flare 01 as one basement, ground, four podium levels and 40 residential floors, and Flare 02 as two basements, ground, four podium levels and 34 residential floors.

Binghatti Flare prices and resale
Binghatti launched Flare in July 2025 at an event in Egypt (Propsearch). In October 2026 the developer’s remaining Flare 01 stock started at about AED 800,000 for a studio, AED 1,219,999 for a 1 bedroom, AED 1,799,999 for a 2 bedroom and AED 2,499,999 for a 3 bedroom (DirectDXB, 1 October 2026).
DLD sales for Flare 01, to early October 2026, had a median of AED 2,016 per sq ft for studios (183 sales, median 424 sq ft), AED 1,599 for 1 bedrooms (254 sales, 821 sq ft) and AED 1,186 for 2 bedrooms (75 sales, 1,571 sq ft). Recent sales include a studio of 382 sq ft at AED 799,999 on 3 September 2026 and a 1 bedroom of 846 sq ft at AED 1,314,999 on 12 September 2026 (Mitchells). Flare 02 sales had a median of AED 1,731 per sq ft and a median price of AED 1.35 million. PropertyIndex puts the project’s current price at AED 1,672 per sq ft, 8% above the JVT median.
Binghatti Flare payment plan
Binghatti’s published plan is 70/30: 20% on signing, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. For Flare 01, a second plan of 10% down, 60% during construction and 30% on handover was on offer in September 2026 (DirectDXB, 27 September 2026). Both plans put 30% at completion, so the final payment follows the actual completion date. The 4% DLD registration fee is paid on top.

Binghatti Developers was founded in 2008. DLD records show 36 delivered Binghatti projects and 10,899 homes handed over, with 32 more in development (Oliva, accessed 11 October 2026). - Which tower the unit is in. Flare 01 and Flare 02 are separate DLD projects (4006 and 4008) with different completion dates and progress figures.
- The SPA completion date. Sources range from Q2 2027 (Binghatti) to Q3 2027 (a developer listing), and the SPA date and grace period are what apply.
- The plan behind the price. Developer stock is offered at different prices for different deposit levels and for cash.
- Supply around handover. About 1,200 studios and 1 bedrooms in the two towers are due around the same months in 2027.
