When is the Binghatti Flare handover date?

At the DLD inspection of 19 June 2026, Flare 01 was 20% complete and Flare 02 17.83%. The two towers have different dates, so the date for the tower named in the SPA is the one that applies.

Binghatti Flare handover date: the latest position
Binghatti Flare, two Binghatti towers in JVT District 2, is due for completion in mid 2027. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register holds a registered completion date of 15 June 2027 for Binghatti Flare 02 and 14 July 2027 for Binghatti Flare 01, and Binghatti’s project page says Q2 2027. At the DLD inspection of 19 June 2026, Flare 01 was 20% complete and Flare 02 17.83% (DLD project register via Continental Club, inspection 19 June 2026). No newer reading had been published by 4 October 2026 (Mitchells).

Flare 01 is the taller tower, with 40 residential floors above a podium; Flare 02 has 34 (Binghatti). The smaller tower is registered to finish a month earlier, although it was slightly behind Flare 01 at the June inspection.

The registered dates have not moved since launch. The only difference between sources is the Q3 2027 shown on one developer stock listing for Flare 01, which sits just after its 14 July 2027 registered date.
What the Binghatti Flare handover date means for payments
Binghatti’s published plan is 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. An alternative plan for Flare 01, 10% down and 60% during construction, also leaves 30% for handover (DirectDXB, September 2026). At about 20% built in June 2026, most of the construction instalments were still ahead, and the 30% balance follows the actual completion of the buyer’s own tower.
What to check before relying on the Binghatti Flare date
- The tower in the SPA. Flare 01 and Flare 02 are separate DLD projects with dates a month apart.
- The latest progress reading. The last public figures are from 19 June 2026. The Dubai REST app shows DLD’s current figure for projects 4006 and 4008.
- The SPA date versus Q3 2027. If the SPA gives a later date than the registered one, the SPA is what the buyer can enforce.
- When the large instalments fall. On the 10/60/30 plan, more of the price is paid during construction than on the 20/50/30 plan.
