What to check before buying at Binghatti Amberhall
- The completion date and grace period in the SPA. The registered date of 28 February 2026 is already behind, so the contract terms on delay matter more than the published quarter.
- The escrow account. Payments for DLD project 3552 belong in the project escrow account at United Arab Bank, which the Dubai REST app shows.
- Which instalments are already due. With 50% payable during construction, it helps to know which construction milestones have been certified and which payments fall before the next inspection.
- The unit type on the title. The 710 registered units include offices and shops, which trade at higher prices per sq ft than the apartments.
