The building reached 86% complete in March 2025 before finishing later that year. Property Finder’s project page lists a target of Q4 2025 for the same building, which lines up with an October 2025 completion. Construction began in April 2023.

What was the Azizi Vista payment plan?

Azizi’s published plan for Vista, while it was on sale, was 40% during construction and 60% on handover. That plan is now historical, since the project has handed over and is sold out.

As an example only, on a unit priced at AED 585,000, the 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee would be AED 23,400. Under this plan the buyer would have paid AED 234,000 during construction and AED 351,000 on handover, in addition to the DLD fee.

1. The title deed and ownership transfer process, since Azizi Vista is handed over and any purchase now is a resale, not an off-plan booking.
2. The service charge and building management arrangements, which apply to a completed building rather than an off-plan purchase.
3. The condition of the specific unit, through a physical inspection, since the figures above describe the project generally rather than any one apartment.
