When will Azizi David be handed over?
Most listings put the Azizi David handover in Q4 2027, including Propsearch (updated 9 May 2026) and broker pages in October 2026. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives a completion date of 30 September 2028 for the project, number 4096. Azizi itself did not state a completion date when it launched the tower in August 2025, and Continental Club records the developer’s supplied date as Q3 2028, which matches the register.
The DLD recorded the tower 2% complete at its inspection of 24 March 2026, after 0% at the September 2025 inspection. That is the latest published figure; the register was updated on 5 October 2026 without a newer inspection. With about 98% of the work outstanding in March 2026, a Q4 2027 handover would need almost the whole tower built within 21 months of that inspection; the register date of 30 September 2028 is the formal reference.
