Valores Residences, DLD project 3068 in Al Furjan, has a registered completion date of 31 August 2026. The DLD inspection held on that same date recorded the building 98.36% complete (DLD register via Continental Club, updated 5 October 2026). The date has passed with the building close to finished. Continental Club also lists a developer-supplied handover of Q3 2027 beside the 31 August 2026 registry date. Propsearch says the estimated handover “was” August 2026 and gives no new date. No handover announcement from the developer had been published by 11 October 2026.
