The villas come first: Property Finder lists 31 December 2026, and Sobha named Sobha Hartland II among the five projects in its plan for 6,819 handovers in 2026 (20 July 2026). Sobha gives June to December 2027 for the six Riverside Crescent towers, and the registered completion dates on the Dubai Land Department (DLD) register reach 31 December 2029 for Skyscape and 31 March 2030 for Skyvue. No part of the community had handed over by 1 October 2026. The DLD register lists all nine Sobha projects in Bukadra as under construction. Broker listings for Sobha Estates describe 20% at booking, 60% during construction and 20% on handover (11 July 2026), and an earlier listing for the 112 villa phase put 40% on handover (19 November 2025). The handover share therefore ranges from 20% to 40% depending on the release.
What to check before relying on the Sobha Hartland 2 date
- Which registration your unit is in. The villa series, Sobha Estates and each Riverside Crescent tower carry different dates and progress.
- The SPA date for Riverside Crescent units, since none of the six towers has a registered completion date, and Sobha and brokers disagree for 310 and 350.
- Skyscape’s two dates. Sobha markets December 2028, while the register holds 31 December 2029.
