Sensia by Beyond is registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for completion on 30 March 2029. Beyond Developments has given Q1 2029 since it launched the tower on 27 February 2025, so the developer date and the register agree. Full project details are on the Sensia by Beyond page.
The tower was 17.54% complete at the DLD inspection on 1 October 2026. It added about 9.4 points between May and October 2026, roughly 1.9 a month. Finishing by 30 March 2029 needs about 2.7 points a month from October 2026.

The developer’s date has held since launch. The Q3 2028 figure on some agent pages is the only earlier date in circulation, and it is not in Beyond’s launch release or payment plan.
