Samana Resorts handover date: the latest position
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives Samana Resorts a completion date of 30 May 2028, and Samana’s own project page now says Q3 2028. Prices and payment plans are on the Samana Resorts project page.
The last DLD inspection, on 23 June 2026, recorded 5.85% complete, up from 4.42% on 3 April 2026. With about 23 months from that inspection to the register date, nearly all of the two towers remained to be built.
Samana Resorts handover date by building
The register describes a shared base of three basements and a ground floor, with Tower A and Tower B each of 16 floors plus a roof. Progress and the completion date are recorded for the project as a whole.

Property Finder still shows December 2026, the launch era date. The current gap between the register and Samana’s page is one quarter.
What the Samana Resorts handover date means for payments
Property Finder lists four plans. The post-handover plan is 20% on booking, 57% during construction, 1% on handover and 22% after handover. The other three, 15/85, 20/80 and 20/79/1, are paid in full by handover. In December 2024, a broker listed 20%, 52%, 5% on handover and 23% over 44 months after handover. Under the post-handover plans, the instalments after the keys start only once handover happens, so a later date also pushes back the final payment.

- Whether the SPA says 30 May 2028 or Q3 2028, and the grace period stated.
- That the unit is in Tower A or Tower B of Samana Resorts, not Samana Resorts Phase 2.
