Samana Parkville handover date: the latest position
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives Samana Parkville a completion date of 30 September 2028, and Samana’s published target is Q3 2028. Prices, sizes and the payment plan are on the Samana Parkville project page.
The last DLD inspection, on 18 June 2026, recorded 5.12% complete, up from 3.60% on 28 April 2026. Construction has run for about a year of a planned 40 month programme. Progress rose 1.52 points in the seven weeks between the two 2026 inspections. The register describes three basement levels, which have to be built before the tower’s 20 floors. The first sales against the project were registered on 16 May 2024, about a year before the recorded construction start of 1 June 2025 (Mitchells).

Samana’s current plans are not tied to handover. With post-dated cheques, buyers pay 10% on booking, 10% at month 12 and 1% a month for 80 months.
