The last DLD inspection, on 14 May 2026, recorded 80.48% complete. Data Habibi lists Q2 2027, one quarter later than Samana, so sources disagree on the exact quarter.
A passed registered date does not mean the building is finished. It means the developer has not yet filed a new date with the DLD. Between the inspections of 22 January and 14 May 2026, the building gained about two points a month, which would take the remaining 19.5% into early 2027 if that pace held.
