Nuve by Zoya handover date: the latest position
Nuve by Zoya is marketed for handover in Q2 2028, and the DLD register holds a registered completion date of 30 June 2028. Prices, sizes and the payment plan are on the Nuve by Zoya page.
The DLD inspection on 20 July 2026 recorded the building 0.79% complete. That leaves about 23 months between that inspection and the registered date for almost all of the construction.
The building has 232 furnished homes in Zoya’s launch release, 169 of them studios, sold from AED 695,000. The DLD register had recorded 179 sales by 4 September 2026 (Mitchells), so most units were sold within six months of the March 2026 launch and most buyers share the same Q2 2028 date.

The date has not moved since launch. The schedule is short for a new building: about 26 months from the registered start to the registered completion date. Zoya’s other DLRC launch, Izel by Zoya, carries a later Q3 to Q4 2028 date (CBNME, 22 May 2026).

Under the 50/50 plan, 50% is paid before handover: 10% on booking, 10% within 45 days and 30% at 1% a month. A further 10% falls due on handover, followed by 35% at 1% a month for 35 months and a final 5% within 36 months of handover (Zoya brochure). On a studio at the AED 695,000 launch price, the handover payment is AED 69,500 and each post-handover monthly instalment AED 6,950. If handover moves later, the 1% monthly construction instalments may run past 30 months, depending on how the SPA ties them to dates or milestones.
