Montiva by Vida handover date: the latest position
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register holds a completion date of 30 September 2029 for Montiva by Vida, Emaar’s 474 home tower in Green Gate, Dubai Creek Harbour. Emaar’s own payment plan sets the final 20% at 100% construction completion in September 2029, and Property Finder lists the same date. More on the project: Montiva by Vida.
The latest DLD inspection, on 22 April 2026, recorded 5.85%. That is early for a tower due in about three and a half years at that point, but in line with a build that was registered as starting only six months earlier, on 30 October 2025. By September 2026 the DLD had recorded 468 sales, so almost every unit is already tied to a contract date (Continental Club).

In the August 2025 schedule, four 10% instalments are tied to 30%, 50%, 70% and 90% construction completion, so their timing follows progress on site rather than fixed dates. If the build runs behind, those instalments and the final 20% fall due later.

- Whether the SPA ties instalments to progress or to dates. Early buyers have milestone-linked instalments. The plan quoted in October 2026 lists dates from November 2026 to November 2028.
