Omniyat gives Q4 2029 as the completion date for Lumena, its office tower at the gateway to Business Bay. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register agrees, with a registered completion date of 30 December 2029 for project 3758. The tower is still at the preparatory stage. The DLD inspection of 25 March 2026 recorded 0%, the same as in May 2025. Omniyat’s update of 30 August 2026 reported enabling works awarded, and the register’s construction start is 31 December 2025, which leaves four years for a 260 metre tower.

The launch plan was 5% on booking, 45% during construction and 50% on handover (Propsearch). On an office registered at AED 18.4 million on 18 September 2026, the handover payment would be about AED 9.2 million, due at the end of 2029 if the date holds. Since main works had not started by August 2026, the timing of the 45% construction stage matters as much as the final date.
