On 30 July 2026 Danube named Fashionz among 11 projects due for handover within 12 months, which matches July 2027 (Gulf News). The two progress figures come from different inspections ten days apart and use different methods, so they do not match.

On 31 August 2026 the 22nd floor slab was being cast, blockwork had reached the 17th floor and plastering had started on the 6th and 7th floors (Danube).
